With the multi-booking function, you can combine bookable rooms. This enables, among other things, tiered pricing in the Allthings ‘Bookings’ solution.
Feature description
Avoid additional administrative work for bookable assets that have different price structures. This saves time and avoids errors that may have led to double bookings during manual checks.
The Allthings multibooking solution allows you to set up different price levels. This can, for example, involve guest rooms with different prices depending on the number of people or type (internal / external) or discounts for longer bookings.
How it works:
A group of several bookable rooms is configured so that they are mutually exclusive when booking. If a room in the group is booked at a certain time, all other rooms linked in the group are also no longer bookable at this time.
Integration is carried out by the Allthings team after consultation with the room management team.
