The Campos–Allthings integration synchronizes master data and seamlessly forwards tickets from the Allthings Service Center into the Campos CAFM system.

Feature description

The integration between Allthings and Campos connects the tenant-facing Allthings platform with Campos, the leading web-based CAFM solution by ICFM AG.

Campos acts as the central source of truth for real estate, space, and asset data, while Allthings provides a digital interface for tenants and building users.

  1. Through the master data integration, relevant property, unit, contract, and asset information is automatically synchronized from Campos to Allthings. This ensures that all tenant interactions are based on accurate and up-to-date CAFM data.
  2. Within the ticketing flow, tenants submit service requests directly in the Allthings Service Center. These tickets are transferred in a structured way to the Campos Service Desk, where they are processed using existing operational, service, and maintenance workflows. Ticket status updates and comments from Campos are synchronized back to Allthings, ensuring transparency for end users.

The integration minimizes manual work, avoids system breaks, and enables a seamless digital process between building users, service organizations, and facility management.
