About the solution: Realview is a specialized Swiss software for professional construction management. It digitizes and simplifies the recording, management, and resolution of construction defects and warranty work among all involved parties.
Your added value through the Allthings connection: Handling initial defects during the warranty phase is often complex, time-consuming, and prone to errors. Through this connector, you build a digital bridge between the Allthings Service Center and the site management. When residents report a construction defect via the resident portal, property management can forward this ticket directly to Realview with a single click (via a label). Status updates, inquiries, and final checks by the site manager are synchronized back to Allthings in real time. This saves an enormous amount of time, eliminates duplicate data entry, and ensures full transparency without any media breaks.
How the process works in the background:
Reporting: Residents report a defect as usual via the resident portal.
Transfer: The property management checks the ticket and forwards it to the site management by assigning the "REALVIEW" label.
Synchronization: As soon as the ticket is processed in Realview (e.g., defect accepted or checked by the site manager), the status in the Allthings Cockpit is updated automatically.
Transparency: Comments from the site manager appear directly as internal notes in the Cockpit, and residents are (optionally automatically) informed about the progress.
