The vesta® payment and management solution comprises a touch screen connected to the Internet and a box plugged into each machine of the laundry room. The screen and the box analyse the data when a machine is used and transmit it to our platform or «Cloud». This makes it possible to automate the access, the management and all the billing for your tenants. You set the rates, vesta® does the rest. 

Operation 

Tenants login on the touch screen with a PIN code without needing a card, badge or coins. They top up their account 24/7 directly from the Internet, via our mobile application or by payment slip. It is also possible to use vesta® without smartphone or computer. In addition, our helpline is also available seven days a week for your tenants. 

Schedule and availability

Thanks to the online schedule, tenants can book their time slot, consult the availability of machines in real time and be notified when the cycle of a machine is over. The schedule can also be used to allocate a specific time slot to a tenant so that he/she is the only one to use it, to block the use of the laundry room (e.g. on Sundays or after 10pm), or to set free time slots that can be booked or not. 

Management and billing 

Although all uses and transactions are fully automated, the property manager and owner enjoy «manager» access to our platform. From the Internet, they can check the uses and revenues of their laundries. Scalability and flexibility Our plug’n’play solution allows the addition or removal of a device without changing the basic installation. Also, our solutions are inter-compatible.
