- Tenants book a bookable property in the Allthings “Bookings” solution and enter their cell phone number
- Allthings creates the permissions for the booking cell phone number in the EVVA system
- EVVA sends an SMS with a link to the renter
- After installing the EVVA app, renters can use the registered smartphone to enter the bookable property at the booked time
