Turn your smartphone into a secure key: Thanks to the integration of EVVA AirKey into Allthings, room bookings and access permissions are managed fully automatically and in real time.
About the solution: AirKey by EVVA is an electronic locking system that offers maximum freedom with the highest security. Instead of physical keys, the system uses smartphones or key cards as identification media. Permissions can be managed online and sent remotely, making AirKey the ideal solution for modern buildings and shared spaces.
Your added value through the Allthings integration: The interface connects the Allthings booking function directly with the EVVA locking system. As soon as residents book a resource (e.g., a community room or guest suite) via Allthings, the digital key is automatically generated and sent via SMS. This reduces administrative effort to zero for management and offers residents a seamless process from reservation to entry.
The process for residents:
Book: Select the desired resource in the Allthings App and provide a phone number.
Receive: Receive a registration link via SMS shortly after the booking confirmation.
Activate: Install the EVVA App and activate the link within 48 hours.
Open: The smartphone serves as a digital key for the doors during the booked period.
